2018 Howliday Bazaar Vendor Application

Event Date and Time: Saturday, November 10, 2018 9am-3pm
Event Location: Dorothy Fisher Activity Center, west side of HHHS, 5720 SW 21st St, Topeka, KS 66604
Vendor Stall Prices: $50 10' vendor space with 8' table provided, additional $15 for electrical outlet (availability limited; first-submitted/paid, first-served), additional $10 for corner/end booth (includes 2' of additional space; first-submitted/paid, first-served)

To apply to be a vendor at our Howliday Bazaar with a credit card payment, please complete the form below. Once you hit Submit, your form will be sent directly to HHHS and you will be directed to the payment page. If you prefer to pay by cash or check (or by credit card, but not online), please print the 2018 Howliday Bazaar Vendor Application (click here) and either mail it with your payment to HHHS (HHHS Howliday Bazaar, c/o HHHS Attn: Emi, 5720 SW 21st St, Topeka, KS 66604) or bring the application and payment to our gift shop during adoption hours (Mon-Sat 11:30am-6pm, Sun 1-5pm).

Vendor Affidavit (required part of Vendor Application): I hereby agree to take full responsibility for all sales/promotional activities I conduct throughout the 2018 Howliday Bazaar event. I agree that I have thoroughly read the Howliday Bazaar Event Guidelines and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations contained therein. I also agree to hold blameless the Helping Hands Humane Society for any claims (including costs, litigation expenses, counsel fees and liabilities incurred) that might arise from my activities as a vendor at the 2018 Howliday Bazaar Event.

VENDOR DONATION: With this application vendor agrees to donate a total minimum $25 retail value item(s) for the Howliday Bazaar silent auction. Donated item(s) will be showcased to maximize silent auction bids and promote vendor products. Silent auction item(s) must be provided at vendor check-in on November 10th 2018, the morning of the event. Note: Non-profit vendors are exempt from this requirement.

Please note that direct sales companies like Avon, LuLaRoe, Thirty-One, Pure Romance, Mary Kay, Pink Zebra, and Scentsy are only allowed to have one representative per event.
