“It is an honor for Helping Hands Humane Society to be selected for the Azura Community Impact Card program. The funds raised through the program will support the daily operations of the shelter which includes providing medical care to the animals who seek refuge at HHHS,” said Kathy Maxwell, Executive Director. “We appreciate and value the support of our community. The shelter continues to provide sanctuary to an excessive population of dogs, so financial support is very much needed at this time.”
Each time Azura members make a purchase using their Community Impact Card, the credit union donates five cents to the participating charity of choice.

When car shopping, did you know that Subaru Loves Pets?! For several years now, local Subaru retailer, Briggs Subaru has partnered with HHHS to raise more than $50,000 for the animals as well as sponsor adoption fees for hundreds of animals! When you shop at our local Subaru retailer, they know the community and are dedicated to giving back to the community. Briggs Subaru not only partners with us, but with the ASPCA so that HHHS can be eligible for additional grants. When you buy a Subaru, you are funding some of the programs that they use to donate to us. Thank you, Briggs Subaru!
VISIT THE PUPPY PUMP!
In December of 2021, local oil company Haag Oil outfitted two pumps (Pumps 7 and 8) at Max’s Amaco with the “Puppy Pump!” 2cents from every gallon that runs through the Puppy Pump gets donated to HHHS! Something as routine and daily as filling up on gasoline can have a huge impact. Please consider driving just 3 more minutes out of your routine to get your gas here.
Order a custom catio for your cats
We have a new partnership with Cat Topia, a small business who builds custom catios to enable indoor cats to safely experience the outdoors! They are donating 10% of your catio order back to the shelter if you order with our link!
Oz Winery
Local winery, Oz Winery, located in Wamego, KS is a wonderful Pride of Kansas, as well as being animal friendly! They sponsor 10 microchips a month for the shelter. A great way to give a gift to friends or family or stock up on your porch sippin’ needs while helping the pets you care the most about! They also sell clever wine-themed pet toys on their website and 10% of those purchases go to HHHS!

Book your pet portraits
Local photographer, Carol Myers, is offering pet portraits year round in 2024 with 10% of the session fee going to one of 3 organizations! When you book with her, let her know that you’d like your session to benefit HHHS!

Stop by 901 SW Fairlawn Rd (Suite 131) on Saturdays between 9am and 5pm and Sundays between 1pm and 5pm to shop for clothes, home goods, books, and more to benefit animals in Topeka. 50% of proceeds are donated to HHHS and 50% to the Cat Association of Topeka!
