Tours and Presentations
HHHS is dedicated to serving the community through education and does this through:
- Tours of our facility to demonstrate how a shelter works and how we interact and serve our community
- Presentations about animal welfare and our mission
All tours are on a first-come-first-served basis when it comes to scheduling and we welcome you to submit more than one date possibility when filling out the form. To schedule a tour or learn more about our educational programs, please click on the button bellow
Group Activities
Cleaning
Cleaning is one of the very important daily tasks that we do not only to help our shelter to look nice but to more importantly help reduce disease and illnesses amongst our animals.
Events
HHHS has several events throughout the year that helps us with fundraising and during those times we are always looking for people to help us set up and prepare for those events.
Enrichment Toys
Every animal receives some form of enrichment daily while at the shelter. One of the many ways we do this is by providing them with enrichment toys. Groups can help create these toys while at the shelter or at home.
Groundskeeping
This is one of the many areas where we are always looking for additional help. We try to maintain a neat and tidy outdoor area and one of the ways that we do that is through volunteer help.
