Adoption Profile

An adoption profile can be submitted in person at our shelter or online here. After submitting, please get in touch with our adoptions team to ensure they received the profile and were able to approve it.

Note: Applicant will be required to sign adoption profile in person upon meeting pets.

You may also print our Adoption Profile and drop it off at/mail it to 5720 SW 21st Street, Topeka, KS 66604 or fax to 785.233.8151.

A final option is to fill out and submit the online form below, which will be emailed to our Adoption Counselors.
