Adoption Profile

An adoption profile can be submitted in person at our shelter or online here. After submitting, please get in touch with our our adoptions team (782.233.7325, adoptions@hhhstopeka.org, or stop by in person) to ensure they received the profile and were able to approve it.

Note: Applicant will be required to sign adoption profile in person upon meeting pets.
